Chucky's Demise!!!

CHUCKY WOODCHUCK

Mr. Charles “Chucky” Woodchuck was granted his angel wings on or about June 10, 2011. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Chucky had touched in some way during his short, yet very memorable life.

Mr. Woodchuck was born on March 17, 2006 in Pennsylvania to his parents Phil and Martha Punxsutawney. Chucky was unable to follow in his father’s footsteps as a famous groundhog weather forecaster and fell to the evils of wood alcohol at the early age of 3.

Unable to find employment, Chucky moved to the southwest section of Virginia where he attempted to begin a career as an actor. Due to his dependency on alcohol, Chucky failed in his auditions in the film Caddyshack and most recently in a Geico commercial where on numerous occasions he fell into the pond attempting to chuck wood. Chucky however was selected for a commercial for an alcohol product which ran for a short period.

Following this commercial, Chucky became a model for a local brewing company

Chucky spent the last few years of his life attempting to return to the normal life of a woodchuck by living on the Virginia grounds of the Van Arsdel’s palatial estate. Unfortunately for Chucky, he was often threatened by the homeowners, neighbors and trappers in his effort to return to eating cedar wood as suggested at his AA meetings on his road to recovery. Chucky’s lifeless body was found by local authorities in an animal trap which was then placed in a field to serve as a warning for other varmints.

Chucky is survived by his father and mother, his brother Woodrow, two sisters Wilmer and Wanda and numerous, cousins, nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts of wood or donations to PETA be made.
